Fielding Properties is an independent Daventry-based letting agency. We aim to provide the best possible service to both landlords tenants and truly do – to reluctantly use a cliché – treat every property as if it was our own.

We are aiming to become one of the largest players in the property lettings and investment industry in Northants and Warwickshire over the next few years - the best way to do this is to provide a professional and unsurpassable service for a competitive fee and ensure that our clients spread the word of how happy they are with what we do. It really is that simple.

Fielding Properties is owned and run by James Fielding. A portfolio landlord himself, James has lived in the Daventry area since 2003 and has spent his entire working life in the property industry, specialising in property investment and lettings. 

James is supported by a small, professional team of experienced staff who know the local area, the market and the relevant legislation inside-out and will always provide any landlord or tenant with honest, accurate and reliable advice, often based upon their personal experience.

Over the years, we have built substantial, profitable portfolios for numerous landlords by ensuring they bought the right Property, in the Right Area, for the Right Price. These range from single units for first-time landlords wanting to supplement their pension to multi-million pound, double-digit portfolios for seasoned investors.

James previously established and ran a local-market leading letting agency in Daventry, 1st Choice Property Management. However, after realising that his business plans and vision was very different from that of his then-business partner, he took the difficult decision to sell the business in December 2011.

Having enjoyed some time off and explored several other ventures after this, in 2014 James decided to return to what he did the best and missed the most…. therefore Fielding Properties was born.
